The T807C Candy/Deep Fry Thermometer is easy to use and provides accurate results for professional and amateur cooks alike. The clear and easy-reading interface measures temperatures within 50 to 250°F. The adjustable clip secures the thermometer to the cooking pan for safety and stability. Markings on the thermometer's face shows the range of proper candy temperatures, from thread to hard-crack. The product with a nice silicone case marked with the suggested temperatures for a different candies and deep-fried foods.
